At Minnie Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your luxury cashmere or knitwear, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Minnie Rose tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
